Seriously we spent a lot of time working on a beef dip that could be a signature menu item of Joe's. It was inportant to us that we made the roast from a fresh roast, then we worked on the ingredients inside so we could get the right balance of salty and savory, this then would be dipped in a red wine and thyme just, fries or citrus-basil greens or Half & Half (2.5)
